I like that we can use our Benchmark Gensuite applications anywhere from the ground floor of operations all the way to our executive levels. And the fact that if we have questions or problems, we an call you at a drop of a hat and those questions are easily answered.

We really like how most of the applications are integrated with others, for example; when you conduct an audit, you simply export those items to the action tracking app for tracking purposes.
